Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days and often within 1 business day in larger cities.

Shipments and deliveries only occur during business hours and any changes or late deliveries will be communicated via email.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping on orders above R2000.

Bulky or heavy items will incur additional shipping charges which will be calculated at checkout.

 

 

*Deliveries can only be made to addresses, where courier services have access to.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Unfortunately, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once order is confirmed a confirmation email will be send and once a tracking number is ready the order will be updated with the relevant tracking number.

Damages

Pacifrica (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

We ship to other African Countries but additional shipping charges apply.
